This has been a difficult year, For a show I typically work on from Feb till Thanksgiving on the show day start, I only have started in the past month really putting things together.

My Grandfather passed away this year and took alot out of me, and was very close to cutting the show and stopping this year. He loved the lights, music and everything I did with it, and despite almost not doing it, it felt wrong not to do it.

I have cut back on what I was adding to the show this year, and brought back songs I've done in years past for this years show v/s a bunch of new songs due to the time it takes to properally sync each song to save time.

The new LED Color tubes have replaced the single strand LED strings this year on the house trim so we'll see how they perform!

Thanks for everyones supports, kind emails and comments about past shows. Look forward to seeing you when the show starts this year on 11/26 @ 5pm!

New show times have been posted.

We revised the Sun-Thursday hours in respect to some of our neighbors early work hours and going to bed early. Holiday hours will be extended till 11:30 (xmas eve, xmas day, and day after xmas)

Finally got around to updating the site this year. This has been a crazy year outside of the holiday display work I typically start in early April.

Light hanging has been well underway. All the controllers are placed, backend cabling done and night mode has begun (all blue lights dusk-dawn) on what is hung and active.

Programming is well underway. Due to work load this year, only 2 new songs this year, but bringing back favorites from the past years into this show.

Be sure to watch for additional updates, and if you are local to Anchorage, come by for Friends and Family night on 11/20 from 6pm - 8pm. Cocoa, Cookies and other snacks will be available along with music playing in the driveway for this night only. I’ll be outside meeting and greeting as usual.

I hope to also have the Toys-4-Tots box up by this night also for our Annual toy drive.

FM transmitter is off, lights are in a static Blue, and taking fixtures down for the season.....

I’ll start taking down LED lights in early feb due to I have to RMA alot of the new stock I bought this last year due to failing strings - known factory issue. So all the issues you saw this year with odd behavior of some of the tree’s/lights and especially the white lights we added should be resolved next year.

It’s kinda sad, but over all, it turned out to be a great show and brightened the holiday spirit to many, young and old.

Happy New year, and see you later in 2009! Lets hope for a warm summer to make up for last summer and this wretched -20 degree crud the past few weeks.

Well, we have reached the turn-off day. Per our revised schedule, the last show ends today at 1/4/2009.
