The Frelin family is now into it’s 5th year of Animated Holiday lights. The first in Anchorage (and Alaska for that matter) for animated holiday displays, and growing exponentially each year in size and complexity.
We strive to bring color and theatrical grade lighting effects to our show and to keep the holiday spirit alive with each of our songs. There is a little something for everyone during our shows and we try to cater to the kids, and kids at heart.
Planning for the show is a yearly ‘job’. We haven’t even made it through August, and I’m already well into the implementation for the 2009 show and effects!

A little about me and our Family:
My name is Josef, and I work as a Solution Architect / Engineer for a Global Network/Communications company, and surprisingly, this is just a hobby that I took on from my past theatrical lighting experience and desire to bring a bit of fun to the holidays.
My two sons all enjoy watching me try to fall off a ladder each year, but love the final results despite the long hours it takes to pull the show together on top of my normal job. : )
Be sure to come say hi as we frequently hang out at the front door and walk down the streets to greet viewers and hand out candy canes during the peak of the show season.
